  • As we approach the busy Christmas period and on advice from Australia Post, we recommend placing orders prior to December 12th to guarantee delivery before Christmas Day.

  • We ask that you please allow an additional 3 business days to receive your order across the Christmas and Boxing Day period due to the demand on the Australia Post shipping network.

    We ship using the Australia Post network which has an estimated delivery time of 2 to 5 business days for Metropolitan areas & up to 7 days for rural areas.

  • Yes, each product has a size chart attached to it. Our size charts are intended as a general guide and may vary slightly.

  • Simply fill out the returns form that came with your purchase and email info@mitchellandness.com.au for a Return Authorisation number. You can also log into your Mitchell & Ness account and click ‘Return’ in the Orders section.
