The Brisbane Broncos were founded in 1988 as a new franchise within the NRL competition, and have since become one of the most popular teams in the league.The team is known for its distinctive maroon and gold jersey with their home ground at Suncorp Stadium, which has a capacity of over 50,000 spectators. The Broncos have won six NRL premierships to date, and have produced some of the greatest players in the game, including Allan Langer, Darren Lockyer, and Corey Parker, who have all represented the team at international level. The team has also had some famous coaches, including Wayne Bennett, who coached the team to six premierships between 1992 and 2006.
