The Minnesota Timberwolves had a rocky start in the NBA during their early years. However, with the selection of rising star Kevin Garnett in 1995 and Stephon Marbury in 1996, the Timberwolves finally began gaining traction in the mid to late 90s. Although the Timberwolves have never seen a NBA Championship, they found renewed success under All-Star Kevin Love in the early 2010s.
