Washington Bullets

After 4 name changes in 13 years, the Washington Bullets saw great success during the 1970s. Although they were renamed again to the now Washington Wizards in 1997, the Bullets saw the first and only NBA Finals victory so far in 1977-78 season where they were able to beat the odds and defeat long-time rivals the Seattle SuperSonics in seven games.
