Home to Seattle from 1967 to the end of the 2007-08 season, the SuperSonics relocated in 2009 to become the Oklahoma City Thunder. In their time at the Emerald City, the SuperSonics saw finals success in 1979, defeating long-time rivals the Washington Bullets. Unfortunately overshadowed by the dominance of the Bulls in the 90s, the SuperSonics saw their most prolific roster yet in those years, with Shawn Kemp, Vin Baker and Gary Payton leading the team to multiple division titles. In their final season in Seattle, future All-Star MVP Kevin Durant was drafted to the team. Shop our range of Seattle SuperSonics' jerseys, hats and teamwear at Mitchell & Ness Australia now.
