- You may return part or all of your order provided the product is unwashed, unworn, has all original tags, packaging still intact and is within 45 days of receiving your order.
- We aim to process all returns within 1-2 business days of receiving your items. You will be contacted via email with the details of your processed return.
- Please email info@mitchellandness.com.au prior to initiating a return if you believe the product is damaged or faulty. We will treat this with the highest of priority.
Conditions for Exchange & Returns
- The item has not been worn
- No smells of cologne, perfume, smoke or any other odours
- No visible stains, marks, burns, snags or any other blemishes
- The item has not been altered or modified
- Price tags isn't removed, damaged or altered
- Other tags isn't removed, damaged or altered
Returns with afterpay
- AfterPay purchases are eligible for all return options.
- AfterPay refunds will adjust from the final instalments in reverse. No refund will be issued if there are outstanding instalments. If the plan has been paid in full, a refund will be issued by AfterPay within 2-5 business days.
- Be sure to continue with the instalments whilst the return is in transit to avoid dishonour fees.
- We recommend logging into AfterPay to view the adjusted payment plan.
Refundid Returns
- Receive an instant refund with Refundid!
- Customers link a card to their Refundid account to receive a refund instantly.
- If the return is not posted within 7 business days, the refund is reversed.
- If an instant refund with Refundid is selected, the original payment will remain in place as the full amount is refunded to the nominated card/account.
- Exchange orders and orders placed with a gift card are ineligible for a Refundid return.
