From the twin towers of Tim Duncan and David Robinson, the mastery of Tony Parker and Manu Ginobilli, and the pure personality of Dennis Rodman. Their focus on fundamental basketball and team-play yielded great results and pinned the San Antonio Spurs on the Playoff ladder season after season. Originally founded in 1967 as the Dallas Chaparrals before relocating to San Antonio in '73 and became the Spurs. Since '74, the team logo has featured a spur that cowboys wore on the heels of their boots to help control their horse.
