  • You may return part of all of your order provided the product is unwashed, unworn and has all original tags, packaging still intact and is within 30 days of receiving your order. Mitchell & Ness will not accept returns if:

    • The item has obviously been worn
    • The item smells of cologne, perfume, smoke or any other odours
    • The item has visible stains, marks, burns, snags or any other blemishes
    • The item has alterations or modifications of any kind
    • Price tags have been removed, damaged or altered
    • Other tags have been removed, damaged or altered

    Mitchell & Ness does not cover return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.

    Mitchell & Ness will not refund the original shipping cost for change of mind returns.

    Please note if change of mind returns are received as ‘Return to Sender’ that Mitchell & Ness will deduct the Return to Sender shipping cost from the refund total.

  • Simply fill out the returns form that came with your purchase and email for a Return Authorisation number.

  • Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through any misuse will not be considered faulty.

  • Please get in touch with our customer service team at and include your order number, images of the fault and any other relevant information. Once investigated, we will be able to provide you with information on how to return the item.

  • Your return will be processed as per normal & you will be refunded any amounts paid to date directly to Afterpay. All remaining payments will be cancelled once the item has been received.

  • For the best opportunity to receive the product you’re after, we recommend you simply place a new order for the replacement & email to organize a return. Please note that Mitchell & Ness does not cover the return shipping costs.

  • Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed.

  • All returns can take up to 3 business days to process once received (Monday – Friday). Once your return has been processed by our team you will be sent a confirmation email.
